over charging murder in cases of self defense doesn't create them a victim either

I’m sure he’ll get a lot of self defense opportunities during his 15 stretch. Unless he gives it up easy, which is actually more likely.

may You be treated precisely without rights - as was /is Kyle Rittenhouse
typical 2 level DOJ subverted system of justice in favor of communist operatives

Thank you - noirman!

is that your expert legal opinion?

hmmm. interesting opening gambit by the prosecutor .. ignore the state's own complaint and the facts including video and just lie yer ass off hoping fear will cause the jury to "stick it" to the white guy to prevent "mostly peaceful protests".

i assume this prosecutor realizes everyone involved is white .. yeah?

a case they're trying to justify prosecuting. they're in a rock and a hard place. evidence against kyle is weak.

they can try slapping a bad ham samwich on kyle and call it a day.

... obvious they're trying to scare the defence into
a plea deal.... Gonna be tough to get a guilty
verdict for murder here.

I know this is crazy but doesn't it seem like the prosecution is just going through the motions and tanking this case?

According to the judge, no. Rioters, looters or arsonists are the appropriate terms.

Either that or they’re completely incompetent. They’ve done nothing but help Rittenhouse so far.

Or - speculation - teh 'liberal' prosecution has fixed the jury for conviction - and they don't need to present a case.

typical democraticommunists - a double standard of justice imposed on Americans.

speaking of fixed, it looks like the aubry case is set. the jury has 11 white jurors and 1 black juror. there are complaints about this already.
