Let me get this straight. An article published yesterday publishes a report from an organization founded yesterday headed by a Trump campaign person from Arizona and is able to publish data from the Nevada Secretary of State office on the same day when the SOS of Nevada website says they need to first set up an account with them and then apply for access to the data which can take up to seven business days. A "Fact Check" looks into allegations made, examines the information, and comes to a conclusion. Is it legitimate? No more so than than the allegations made. It is up to the individual to look at the reasons why the fact check disputes the allegations made.
