These places are cash cows. The owners force the ladies live on site and force them to pay $250 a week. They also keep the $60 door fee and half the tip. Revital had a line out the door. No way they would just walk away on there own.

Classic is in a piece of shit strip center. Even at $2,000 a month they are making a ton of cash.

The rent at Aroma was $2,900 a month. That's not expensive at all.

If a vape shop can be profitable in comparable places an AMP is doing swell.

I agree. These two losers pretnd they know everything. One amp closes another opens. Cheaper rent, competition, management companies tgat get pressured, thats why they close and relocate. The way the business is. And please no pm,s i just delete them without reading.

I was just there early last week and if they're not closed, they deserved to me. One of the worst sessions I've ever had. Rushed, bait and switched, very poor service. Good riddance.

You have no idea how much it costs to run a spa. There are a lot more expenses than you think. Some strip centers get a percentage of the sales, on top of the rent. A third or one half of the house fee goes to the ladies, and the ladies keep their tips. Plus the cost of utilities, cleaning supplies, and replacing linens periodically all cut into the net earnings a spa makes. Vape shops would not have most of those expenses, and the markup on their products are crazy.

Ive never heard of any portion of the house fee going to the girls. Please provide a link to strip centers that get a percentage of the sales from its occupants!

Nay sayers first said health violations, not serious will reopen. Now its rent and/or the pandemic.

Wrong! There were major health code violations with some and evictions for the others because of complaints from citizens and businesses. All can be searched here on the web!

All these places have a lot in common! Well known and very profitable! Look at the reviews of all the business! They were full service also! They all closed and vanished over night!

So yes I hope readers do take head in the warnings that all these places are hott and should be avoided!
