Classic is in a piece of shit strip center. Even at $2,000 a month they are making a ton of cash.
The rent at Aroma was $2,900 a month. That's not expensive at all.

You have no idea how much it costs to run a spa. There are a lot more expenses than you think. Some strip centers get a percentage of the sales, on top of the rent. A third or one half of the house fee goes to the ladies, and the ladies keep their tips. Plus the cost of utilities, cleaning supplies, and replacing linens periodically all cut into the net earnings a spa makes. Vape shops would not have most of those expenses, and the markup on their products are crazy.
