Here's what John Hopkins says about it:

Dementia is a general term impaired thinking, remembering or reasoning that can affect a person’s ability to function safely. The term has been replaced by “major neurocognitive disorder” and “mild cognitive disorder” in medical terminology.

Dementia symptoms may be confused with symptoms of depression or other mood disorders....

Apparently, in your enthusiasm to justify your vote for someone who is now revealing "impaired thinking, remembering or reasoning" you have spewed out a deceptive phrase of "mental health" suggesting something milder and perhaps emotional.

He's lost his cognitive capacity and it is now affecting his motor skills, such as walking and ascending stairs to AF!.

You should have done a little research and gained some thoughtful knowledge about how people function in the stages of dementia as it progresses based on the basic requirements of functioning in the capacity of President of the United States, particularly when one's choice of "back up" is to pick someone based upon their alleged ethnicity as opposed to mental capacity and knowledge of the responsibilities of decision making as THE PRESIDENT.

That's what HATE does to people. It destroys their own rational decision making. You have the emotional problem ... that's HATE!

Here's an example: Trump who does and did have the "mental capacity and knowledge of the responsibilities of decision making as THE PRESIDENT" took into consideration his age and selected Pence who does that the knowledge and capacity to do the job of POTUS in the event Trump became incapacitated or dead.

That's the mature process when determining for whom to vote, and unfortunately you're not at that maturity level yet.
