These bugs acted like both plant and animal: where do we classify them by taxonomy? We discussed our concerns with the Professor, who was known worldwide. Today there are seven kingdoms.
The point: science changes by observation and confirmation with open peer reviews with others in science. It should never be done by ignorant news reporters who only want to sell newspapers, or by politicians and lawyers.

I really don't understand that statement. Your "as it is constantly presented" has me wondering what you mean by that? If gravity became political, would it to then become "not science"? If something is science based and evolution certainly is, given that there is always room for additional information to be considered, then why would it lose it's scientific label because it became a political debate?
Evolution is a cornerstone of modern science, accepted as one of the most reliably established of all facts and theories of science, based on evidence not just from the biological sciences but also from anthropology, psychology, astrophysics, chemistry, geology, physics, mathematics, and other scientific disciplines,
Evolution provides a scientific explanation for why there are so many different kinds of organisms on Earth and gives an account of their similarities and differences (morphological, physiological, and genetic)
In biology, evolution is the change in the characteristics of a species over several generations and relies on the process of natural selection. The theory of evolution is based on the idea that all species ? are related and gradually change over time.
Evolution is a scientific theory, not a religion. ... The scientific method is based on observation, experimentation and verification and these have consistently supported the Darwinian theory of natural selection. Evolution does not violate the second law of thermodynamics, because the Earth is not in a closed system
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6428117/
Evolution is both a fact and a theory. Evolution is widely observable in laboratory and natural populations as they change over time.
We came to believe that evolution is a scientific fact because it has held up to scientific scrutiny.

"gravity" doesn't "become" anything.
In late January and early February of last year Faki aka Fauci proclaimed that no one should change their lives because of Covid19 ... no masks, no distancing, and no nothing. It was "science"!
Faki has been moving the goals constantly for over a year ... and his most recent bullshit is .... not 6 feet, but 3 feet ... based on "science"! Faki is a FRAUDULENT government tit-sucker! As the appropriate physician label: A QUACK! Go back to around 2013-2014 in Faki's POLITICAL LIFE!
The "science" hasn't changed ... the politics has.

Anything can become political, it doesn't have to make sense.
And Yes, the politics of Covid, mask wearing, social distancing, children in schools, the need to close businesses, has all changed not because of science but because of political reasons.
Rand Paul had an interesting dust up with Fauci who "could be interpreted" as saying that wearing masks now and forever more, just might be a good idea. His stand, as he repeated it to Sen. Paul, is that even though he and others have now been vaccinated, he, we, may not be immune to "variances" in the Covid virus. So since we can't predict these "variances", maybe we should just always wear masks.
What if the Spanish Flu comes back, don't we want to be prepared for that? said sarcastically.
Getting my second shot Thurs. but will I be able to stop wearing my mask? Nope says Dr. Fauci and we may never again be safe without a mask implies Dr. Fauci.

LL- Your point is valid - fauci has become a self-obsessed tiny tyrant dictator of medicine to teh public
He is in love with the publicity and DPST applause - which will will quickly turn on him and eat him alive when the LSM moves on to new pastures of propaganda.

Man has been creating God in his own image ever since the first human looked up and contemplated his own mortality.

From what I've read it was because of the variants AND and this is a BIG AND....Not wearing masks may give those how haven't bee vaccinated to erroneous idea that it is now ok NOT to wear masks .... even if you haven't been vaccinated.
So LL is also lying by distortion.
Early on Trump and Faccui said masks were not needed because they want health providers to be able to get them . Remember...we'd just had a run on shit paper.
So the way many reinvent history without proper context does not change science. It just exposes many people's ignorance about facts and science.

The statement as structured in the prior conversation is erroneous.
Gravity doesn't become "political" just because some loon wants to toss gravity into a political discussion. That's not making gravity "political" ... it is making a discussion about gravity "political" that's all. The discussion is political.
Please remember: You are trying to make sense in a conversation with a bunch of folks who voted for Bitten and Cumola while asserting that those two fools have more mental capacity than Trump and Pence. The people from whom they get their info have supported and praised the current Governors of New York and California! They also support the U.S. taxpayers refunding those two states that have been budgeted and run by DumboCrats!
