He made a deal stating he would not reside there.
It is not something as simple as 'we do not like him...'

Are you as interested in Hunter Biden's legal case? Do you find it interesting, the son of the future President possibly being indicted? It sure seemed to have a lot of interest when it looked like Don Jr. would be indicted. Couldn't stop the MSM from reporting on it and yet they don't seem interested in 4 criminal cases that they now know aren't Russian disinformation.
That's what I find interesting.

Well, the neighbors don't want the Proud Boys showing up to worship their leader and (at a 65 to 1 ratio) trying to beat up the local Hispanic employees trying to get to work at the various estates in the area.
As was said previously, these are real billionaires who will have no problem pooling their resources and enforcing the previous contractual agreement. Trump usually just stacks up lawyers and wears down the other side. This one will be a little tougher.
Wonder if Trump will try to appeal it to the Supreme Court? LOL
Easy solution though. Just stay a few weeks throughout the year at one of Vlad's chateaus. Or worse comes to worse, stay over at Don Jr's, Eric's or even with Jared.

Criminal matters don't interest an attorney? You've commented on every single criminal matter that has ever come up to my recollection. That sounds a bit strange. My "political interest" mostly concern the law and Constitution and politics and how they are tied together. It is things like what Trumps neighbors want or don't want that are of no interest to me even if it does involve legal matters between two or more parties precisely because it is not politics tied to law IMHO.

DPST's do not care about the Constitution and Rule of law - only what 'I want"! - as AOC and her radical band of whiners and insensate idiots./
Rule of Law is anathema to the 'i want it now" DPST contingent - unless One discusses their own crimes - H.. and Benghazi and e-mails destroyed, Biden corruption family syndicate, election fraud wherever DPST's control polling places, and on and on .
Hypocrites!!!

this looks like this is about a covenant. it is real estate contract thats drawn up by gated communities on what can be done or not do with that particular property.
if that's the case, it really depends on the strength of that states laws regarding covenant.
if the states law on covenant is weak, then the communities chance of winning is slim to none. if the covenant has strong legal support, then the community has a chance of winning.
