it's not practical..

consider, say, RE/MAX.. they have an under-performing Sales Agent, who decides to cut his own commission by a half percent, to boost his own numbers. it might help, but it undercuts the Agents who perform well, then causes internal strife. if you can't perform to Company expectations, step up your game, or quit.

I would not say this would be an underperformer. Consider food options. You can go to a 3-star restaurant, or Wendy's. They are different things and target different consumers. What we have here sometimes I sense is someone expecting a 3-star experience, because they paid a 3-star price, and leaving upset because they were given stale hamburger and side of cold fries. What I am arguing is two types of girls that target different customers. If I understand the subamp scene it would be a subamp girl (but slightly better) within each house.

I get you, but to extend your analogy.. if you visit the 3-star restaurant, you expect a certain level of experience, for the price paid. if you get a stale burger, you are upset, and wonder why you didn't get succulent Veal Cutlets like before. on that we agree.

but it is impractical to house a 3-star and a Wendy's in the same building. the AMPs and Studios aren't running a Food Court. it is difficult enough to attract customers based on an expected level of service, it would be near impossible to offer different performance expectations at different price levels. guys would be calling, and asking specific price and performance measures of individual ladies, which alone discredits the 2-tier price/performance system.

I’ll add one last one here so I don’t risk being banished to stirring up discord. I would argue this type of setup already exists. It would be the mythical unicorn some people talk about at subamps. At LA all are pretty much unicorns, except maybe a few who would be good if they were not compared to the all stars on the same card. It’s all transparency and matching the price to the service, that’s all. Black Pink is a good example. She wants everything covered, but no one minds because that is known going in.

I would agree that finding a venue where such restrictions are not considered out of step with the other girls would be best, I’m just making an additional suggestion for dealing with those who don’t meet expectations. In the end maybe finding a Korean subamp is the best option for them.

Someone could start a site where guys like us share info about the girls so we can avoid the "clunkers" like this one, and then MAYBE only the best girls will be kept on the roster because we've been warned not to see the girls who don't measure up?

I sent a text to the booker after my appointment expressing my disappointment and told her I would not book with Nancy in the future and told them that I felt she was not up to the standards of the others. I was afraid of getting booted, but I did not. They just said thanks and let us know when you want to book again. I don’t know if that’s why she’s no longer there or not. But I was so disappointed that I just felt like I had to say something.

So far LA has been pretty good about getting rid of the "clunkers" and accepting criticism when it's been warranted. I don't know if you ever saw Emmy, gorgeous young Thai girl one of the cutest girls I have seen for quite some time, but the service was SERIOUSLY lacking. I mentioned the very poor service to the booker as well and I imagine I wasn't the only one, very shortly thereafter she too was dropped from the site.

By and large I have been pretty happy with LA. I can tolerate the occasional clunker as long as they don't make excuses for them or keep them on the roster even after getting complaints.

BTW I guess I owe you a beer too. lol I very well might have booked with Nancy too if I hadn't read the negative remarks about her. Thanks again.

Maybe she lost her job due to the pandemic thinking she can make a quick buck not under standing what was expected of her. I know a ton of girls back in California that turned to sex work as a stop gap between jobs or to supplement their income. When they found out they needed to kiss and perform oral sex most decided it wasn't worth it. I've been watching other forums and there's a ton of new faces out there I've never seen before. Most are very unattractive but they are offering services at a bargain price.
