I respect the integrity; even with a less-than-wonderful experience, he felt reluctant about trashing a long-time provider seen by many of us (self included, and my experience was similar to his). If he chose to say "yes" instead of "no" at the end, that is his choice for his reasons.
Perhaps it's that some may want to write/edit his reviews for him?

Because some people don't have PA and aren't able to see the details of the review. Are you fighting OP's battles for him?
