Lol I guess y’all don’t go to Oklahoma much huh? It’s legal in Oklahoma you just gotta have a “medical” card though. They got a huge dispensary and all. But as for another massage place there isn’t anything south bound in 35 nothing but land.

Yes you are correct. You need to be a resident of OK as OK is a medical marijuana state not recreational. I tried many different avenues to get residency, but it will complicate your taxes and your texas residency might be in jeopardy. Once you are a resident it is quite easy to get the medical note and ooma is quite efficient. Also if you have medical card from another state like Cali, they offer reciprocity for 60 days for a hefty fee.
