I think given the circumstance most wouldn’t say anything. Y’all waiting on the Maury Povich show for test results proving who the father is for the 13 guys on stage. Hypothetically if this happened to you would you be posting in threads? Or tryna take your meds? Probably the later in this case.
They would just seek treatment and try to live with the embarrassment of messing up. Give him some time.
And revealing who he got it from probably wouldn’t be of best interest either. Cause we don’t know if he got it from his significant other, a side chick, or another provider he didn’t know who might have did it if he double dipped the chip in the same week. French onion.
