"birds of a feather flocked together" in Austin. That's why a drunkard DA was re-elected.
Totally ridiculous response. Keep on topic if you please.

I was discussing Trumps border wall proposal with one of my redneck cousins, and he said that, instead of the border, a wall around Austin would be a better use of the funds.

I never said I was a Conservative. I have taken 2 on-line "tests" which were designed to indicate where a person falls on the Liberal-Conservative scale. According to both, I fall slightly left of center. I think that is very accurate. Since you have absolutely NO idea where I stand on political issues, it would be hard for you to disagree.

You're making it real hard for me not to give your old Lycra wrapped communist ass a like. STOP at all intersections. I wouldn't want to squish you like that other one. True story, he did not die.

Please read and TRY to comprehend. It was not a poll. It was a series of questions that attempted to determine where a person fell on the conservative/liberal line.

For example:

How Conservative/Liberal Are You?

https://brainfall.com/quizzes/how-co...beral-are-you/

Where do you fit in the political typology?

https://www.people-press.org/quiz/political-typology/

Just How Liberal Or Conservative Are You?

https://www.quizony.com/just-how-lib...ative-are-you/

I have no idea which website I used since there are many more than those I just cited and it was quite a while ago. Are they accurate? Try it and let us know.

No thanks
I'll take north Texas anytime.
I really hate the terminology "Liberal bias". Just what does that mean exactly? Just because liberals have a different point of view than you doesn't mean that point of view is biased. It's just different.

I've lived in Austin and the Austin area since 1984. Austin is a great place to live and work.

I've lived in Austin since 1986. I hate it. Moving to San Antonio - finally - in Sept/Oct.

"Liberal bias " is DPST intolerance of any viewpoint other than their own.
Evidence - see the Far-lefties criticizing not quite so Socialist totalitarian members fo their own party for not adhering to their New Soylent Green Deal Party Line.

Biden is far too centrist - not to mention anyone Republican or Libertarian. He will be put down.

DPST pattern Operates like Hitle, Lenin, and Stalin, and Mao in the 1930's - repeat the lies, impose One-Party rule, and confiscate assets of anyone not in the Nomenklatura

Is that any different than "Conservative Intolerance". I see quite a lot of that in this forum.

Rather vague comment. What do you dislike about Austin that you think is superior in S.A.?
