Well, it's obvious what happened--

She provided services for a guy who was cheap and gave her a hard time; she gave him several services, and he wrote a bad review anyway.

Oh, and the ladybits aren't the only pieces that could get bacterial or yeast infections. Men can get them too. In all likelihood, he's barebacking with someone or has in the past and gotten it and let it get to the point that the smell's pretty bad.

So yeah--
