Odumbo's AG targeted journalist James Rosen as a “criminal co-conspirator” under the Espionage Act of 1917, labeled him a "flight risk" as they pulled Rosen's passport -- not just a White House pass like in Accost-her's case.
Odumbo's Justice Department seized the records of at least five phone lines connected to Fox and the phone records of Rosen’s parents; plus, they seized access to Rosen's emails from 2010.
Fascinatining how you have no recollection. Wretching Madcow isn't the journalist you think she is, right?
You can handle Google-ing the other two cases, (an Indian immigrant and a CBS reporter) right?

Excellent response pointing out how extremely anti-press Hillary and Obama were.
I'm sure they played games with press passes.

I agree with them and believe freedom of the press is amoung our most important rights that guarantee our freedom, along with freedom of speech and especially freedom of assembly.
However, as long as someone at CNN is allowed into the press conferences, they should be able to formulate rules to police the bad behavior of assholes like Acosta, and kick him out when appropriate. Merely being an irritating gadfly is something Trump handles all the time, but Acosta pushed it too far, and needed to be ousted.
Hopefully, those new rules will be forthcoming and they can use them to tell Acosta to fuckoff. He is already a well known hero to the press, now, so his career is enhanced by this "injustice".

That is actually not true...the case came down to the White House not following the rules. He deserved a hearing before taking his press credentials. So the WH wants to establish rules when in fact it was the WH breaking the rules.

Acosta is antifa with a microphone. Several years ago Madtv had a sketch about Connie Chung and Newt Gingrich's mother. Remember when Connie told the old lady what she said would be between Connie and her? Mrs Gingrich said that Newt thought Hillary was a bitch. Humor ensued. So later in the sketch Connie came back for another hilarious quote...and another. Eventually it got to the point where Connie kicked open the door with a gun in hand and ordered Mrs Gingrich to give her a quote...that where I think Acosta wants to be. He wants to have total access and demand compliance of the president. Now I understand that POTUS works for me but I don't work for Acosta and I sure didn't hire the little turd to represent me.

Acosta is working for the other half of America. There was no reason to revoke his press pass. So far a judge has seemed to agree. We shall see how it plays out in the courts.

Fred, i've yet to see someone answer HOW taking a press pass, so some moron can't get into a white house press briefing, when his network STILL has 40 or so OTHER PASSES< is infringing on the 'free-press'??

I think Acosta is pretty irritating as well. But I think its a joke for Mr Pussy Grabber to talk to ANYONE about politeness, values, respectfulness, etc. He is the most uncivil public person I know of. Its truly embarrassing that he represents the USA in any fashion.
Its a shame the good things hes done are not worth the DAILY beating he is for Americans and the world. He is really a vile miserable human. The most recent election said a lot about what people think of 2 years of Trump the Cunt Grabber

Because then theu could start picking and choosing who they like or do not like adking them questions...they are trying to bully the WHOLE PRESS with this tactic. Not sure why that is so difficult to see.
The public wants tough questions asked that the Admin is uncomfortable with, no mattet what party is in charge.
Obama tried to bully Fox and rightfully so, got hos hand dlapped.

I guess you were just fine with LBJ walking around Air Force One with no pants or shorts after he was "serviced" by his personal body girls. LBJ makes about anyone look refined by comparison including Trump. Funny how this all about style and not substance to you...pretty shameful if you ask me.

Actually, the Court reserved judgment on whether his pass should be revoked or not, which will be decided subsequently after Acosta has a hearing with the factual basis explained to him. You know? Due Process that he wasn't willing to give Kavanaugh!!!! along with all the other alleged Liberal "free speechers" who are anti/never Trumpers.
It would be helpful if everyone would read the actual court opinions before they start concluding the HOLDINGS of these various courts that the LameStream Media is pretending to publish as "authority" for their bullshit.
The Court said "Fifth Amendment" as in 5 .... FIVE! NOT THE "1ST AMENDMENT"!!!!!!!!
Next thing you know Acosta will start claiming he has a "1st amendment right" to enter the White House residence and dig through Melanie's panty drawer for a THONG to wear!
