They all have access via a pseudo id or some of them do and then share information, look at Brandie's comment in link you sent.

He is new with only one review and she has been around for 6 1/2 years but she had 4-5 NO reviews during that time INCLUDING this one, 4 of those NO are in the past 2 years plus 2-3 recommendations left as -

Without being able to read those past NO reviews, we can't ascertain if there is a pattern to her TCB and BCD.

And not take anyone to jail. Especially in Arlington. They will take you to jail for farting on a park bench.

Also why would you be opening her door while in her room. If it were the cops they would have had management open the door. Also they had no warrant.
