I am not sure which wax my current girl uses, but she swears by dusting the skin and hair w baby powder beforehand.

You don't "need" to with hard wax, but it is still advisable (I'm licensed).
I will say this a little more pointedly-- if you have never been waxed before... go to a professional. There are certain conditions and medications that mean you should not wax. If you've been waxed before with no issues, then by all means, it isn't so complicated that a non licensed person can't do it. The license is just there to prevent the potential for injury and infection due to certain conditions-- not to mention knowledge and skin tolerances.

Exactly! As another professional there is a reason we went to school for this. Yes hard wax is what needs to be used for the body. Yes the first time is painful. Some people have more sensitive skin. It needs to be properly cleansed then powdered esp. If the person sweats at all during the service. Plus there is also how to care for the area after being waxed. Certain products that need to be used to prevent ingrown hair. Products that needs to be applied after service to calm the skin etc. Not everything can be learned from a YouTube video. There are sanitation, application. We had to take a course in biology physiology and anatomy. You can seriously hurt a person if you don't know what your doing.

I wonder what percentage of men today trim, wax or shave down there? I am older, and while I have trimmed the hedges with scissors from time to time, I have never done more than that. Ladies, I would lave to hear your opinion on how many men A) let things go B) trim C) trim and sculpt D) wax and or shave it all E) other (maybe scrotum only care or things I am unfamiliar with)

I personally don't know alot of men that want to be waxed but a great deal do trim or shave. I really appreciate it since getting a man's "hair down there" isn't fun while giving a bj.

I want to get it all waxed, including scrotum and balls. I shave and trim already but it's hard to keep up and I would love to have the smoothness that comes with waxing. Especially for the ladies that are down there, more enjoyable for them which means more enjoyable for me

and no double dipping in the wax make sure you use a new wooden dipper for each dipping
.. or you need to just heat up what is needed for each person ..
Sanitation and Safety a must
I wax my legs /but the kitty cat forget it hurts to much
