Once you allow him to take video image, it's his to do with what he wants.
If you don't want that occuring, it's your responsibility not to let it be done.
You could always only allow images to be taken on your phone then email approved images.
Then you can delete images with full knowledge they weren't uploaded to cloud.
Pretty much common sense.

I agree but in this day and age with all the crap and discrimination..figured atleast when a MARRIED man says hell be discreet amd use for personal use..u tend to believe they wouldn't want to stir trouble. Well that was lesson learned I've been providing video since 2013 I have never had a John do this so now that service will no longer be provided one bad seed has ruined it for all

Not entirely true. Once he posts it to a porn site, she can file a DMCA request to have it removed.. and can get him removed from the site entirely by informing them that he is filming and posting content without permission or a filed 2251. Tube sites don't fuck around if you let them know you are aware of the laws that govern their industry.

ECCiE moderators are not the Internet police. What happens off the board is not our business nor do we have any powers to police the net.

He has done nothing on ECCIE to warrant a warning, infraction, or banning.

Your frustration, anger, and concern is justified. However, I find it interesting that all 3 of you chose NOW to post about this.

Unless all 3 of you were under the influence of alcohol, a forbidden substance, or his beguiling good looks and charm, you were ALL consenting adults.

Every seasoned ECCIE provider could've told you to not do videos. I'm sure many newbies have had regret and buyers remorse after picture and video sessions.

The guys posting are pointing out the obvious errors in judgement on your part.

Just because a title may say "video" doesn't mean there is a video in the review. If you read the pages worth of comments, most state "send me the link.

My original post on this thread now has a lot of likes. This shows a lot of people on this site agree with me. I think ALL providers need to make a DNS list of the hobbyists making posts about secretly disseminating session videos without asking providers first being no big deal.

AdmiralGiggle, NeedingMilking, Pistol Shot, and Rockerrick could be added to a DNS list based on comments they've made on this thread. Their comments make you think they may secretly sneak a camera in a session and post video of session online without informing providers.

It's not a legal vs illegal thing, but a right vs wrong thing. Some hobbyists on this thread are saying you wouldn't have hobbyists doing this if providers didn't allow videoing. That's faulty logic. It's like saying a woman is responsible for being assaulted if she wears a tight fitting outfit or for going to a bar. A hobbyist wouldn't get robbed by a pimp if he never sees a provider. Your logic blames the victim and gives a pass to the perp. Sad!!
