my advice is post the hours, see if business upticks or not.

One of the FEW reasons that make those rub and tug spa's attractive is they are like the "convenient store" of fun.. some are open 24 hours, others they shut down at 4 am but do not open till 10 am the next day. Their target client is most likely the "lunch crowd" from work (I have a friend who worked out around Wilcrest and Westheimer and 2-3 times a week he would go to Lucky Spa right around the corner from him, it was so close he walked)

The other target client is the "clubber" the guys that go to strip clubs or regular clubs in hopes of picking up a lady for sex.. when the get shot down, they go to a spa, get relief and go home.
