IMHO, this is not really an appropriate forum for seeking advice with a medical condition. See your medical professional for advice.

Hey bro seek advice here all you want. Medical pro's can be just as fucked up as anyone else when it comes to depression. People think depression and they automatically think Professional help cuz that's what they were told to think. It's ok to think outside of the box and at the end of the day should you decide to seek the professional then that's cool too. Don't limit yourself. The Bible says out of the mouth of youngins you can even learn some shit. ;-)

Why do we have a Legal Forum and not a Medical Forum? I'm sure this has been asked before. I just don't care to do the research on the subject.

Seems Legal is more a community wide concern than medical, and it is easier to be generic in the questions about "the law" without giving away potential personal RW information regarding "medical conditions." Having said that: I wouldn't recommend getting law or medical advice from posting in inquiry on this board.

There has been a lot of stress lately, though ....

True. I dated a psychologist for a couple of years and the relationship was fine until he started using that 'reverse psychology' shit.

Exercise and eat right. Get a good massage. Go out and grab a friend for coffee. Call your family if any are reliable and have good advice. Write down your thoughts on paper and write down possible solutions and steps to get there.

Gotta admit this is some good advice Sistine, and your first post to the Op as well. Even your addicted haters know this is true, but won't admit it.

thanks but I'm just trynna help keep it real. Sure people like to fuck off here but if someone is offering positive words then aint nothing wrong with listening. I know a guy been going to professionals for years and aint shit changed. Besides I tend to think those physcology degrees are kinda BS degrees.
