Trump is cutting travel for Americans. There is no questioning that fact. They are only wanting to let certain groups of Americans in....fucking Cuban expats are running this admins policy decesion.

But, I can go to Mexico today and get a direct flight to Havana. When I get there I can ask them not to stamp my passport and they won't. They're that desperate for dollars. It happens all the time.

That sounds about as free as if they banned guns in this country and I told you how to purchase them in Isreal.
