Guys, you should notice that Jackie is passionate about this and typed a lot of word in her posts. That alone should get you to back off name calling individual LEOs.

But occasionally making fun of a few of them in general doesn't seem to be too bad. How can you not make fun of guys who cruise parks looking for gay guys to bust?

You're a MOD of an international board, that would make you a public figure no? Would you be considered fair game in the name calling/insults being hurled at you? I see you as a public figure because this board is international and well known to hundreds of thousands of people. I'm guessing the insults towards you and other MOD's don't fly on here because y'all gave me 10 points for just insinuating something in a post last year.

The name calling and insults in general might be rules, but the rules aren't enforced. I see it happening all the time on this board. Just not in KC, but other areas too. But, I digress.

(I am going to repeat something which I have already stated in this thread. If you believe there has been a violation of the forum guidelines, the proper venue for reporting it is the RTM function - LaCrew)

I believe Jackie touched up this. If y'all keep poking the bear the bear is going to poke back at the ladies in hopes that if they continue to poke hard enough, one of the ladies will start singing like a lark and give the names to the gents on the board. Its not out of the realm to think about that.

Its just easier to leave LE alone and not egg them on. There's going to come a time when they decide enough is enough and start to take their aim on the board members. Call me paranoid, but I have reason to be and it keeps everyone who associates with me safe.

Insult who you wish, its your choice. But, just remember that what goes around comes around.

As for this statement, 6ULDV8 you are way over the edge. most cops are not bullies; they are just trying to do a difficult job. There are those who prey on others in the hobby, but it is not the cops. Look up a little of the statistics and studies related to how the cops do their job. As in the military; there are always those who were called the 10% problem. But most means more than 50%, and you are wrong. How to evaluate problems in the LE are what internal affairs is about. How to read the data and collect the data that affects any organization, including the military, police, and political affairs, is what statistics is about. The statistics say that there are a few who cause problems, but very few. If you don't expect to see problems in any organization, they you don't know what organizations are about. The problem for all of them is how to collect reliable data so they can find the problems, and the cops are not trained for that; no organization is trained on how to examine themselves. They are there to protect us, and keep a lid on the problems that arise in society. Perhaps the greatest difficulty for a nations is how to find our own faults; we don't like to admit them even to ourselves. Thus, the collection of data that finds the problems is as much about visiting the organizations and interviewing the individual units before poising the questions that are used to collect the data. Management is about making things run smoothly, and making changes that make things run better, by anticipating the needs of the community. Politics tries to sell us on their program of: Let us be in charge. There is always one constant in any society: LE/military. If you don't think that LE gathers data; you sir just are completely lacking in experience and judgement.

Unless you are trained in counterintelligence, and how to use the data, I would suggest that you are just talking and complaining about things you know nothing about.
