The only reason our per capita is higher is because the illegal mexicans and Hurricane Katrina negros from Louisiana are not considered legit and are not factored into our population even though they suck us dry.

Texas doesn't want them to be considered residents. If we give the illegal Mexicans and negros from Louisiana citizenship they might vote and we don't want that.

What angers Texans a lot is the Hurricane Katrina negros. When they lost everything during the hurricane they were moved to FEMA trailers in Texas to help them get on their feet. Ten years later 95% are still in the FEMA trailors and getting government help and whining because they need more time.

I don't think that even Kasans would want those type people to vote. They do nothing but sponge and break the law.

I will not use his same terms for the sake of being a human being, but I would find it hard to believe that the victims of Katrina are the only welfare recipients that your fine state has.
