I agree there is a gray area in any subjective moderation. But I also believe a lot of the W/SL posts are clearly beyond any reasonable bounds of gray. I moderate a couple boards on other sites, and I am quite aware of the tension between generating discussions and hostility. This board has swung significantly towards selective hostility.

As to switching to new handles, do you mean posters like Little Ricky Poo? Just another example of "interesting" application of rules.
