New image issues

May i ask if this also applies to our showcase images since they are hosted by Eccie? TIA

As far as I read it. No sexual acts of any kind of members can be posted or linked here. Nudes and clothed for verified members. And just clothed for non verified members. No matter where the pics are hosted be it eccie or other sites.

So that includes showcAse pics? I dont have any thAt violate the sex act policy but will i need to remove them anyway and use another form of image hosting there too?

Or, perhaps you just keep your presence here and arrange for your own personal website and give folks here a link to that website where you can post whatever you want. And maybe give clients the oppty to post there as well?

jmho, if you want a personal website, make sure you own it and control it. Many reports out there about website failures and difficulties.

Since everybody keeps dancing around the answer to your question... the way i read it is yes your showcase pics would have to come from another site like image coast or imurg if i am wrong mods please feel free to correct me

I may take u up on those refs, however it is unclear at this time how much longer I will be hanging around these parts. Im not sure if i want to invest in the time and effort of an outside website if im not going to be sticking around this business longer than a couple more months or so.

Your showcase doesn't use the paperclip icon to load it has its own thing like avatar does.
The paperclip will disappear real soon.
You will not be able to attach in threads and ads.

One of the goals of this change is that ECCIE will no longer be hosting pictures/videos and yes, that will include showcases. Any picture/video must be hosted elsewhere and linked to here.

So showcase and avatars are safe, assuming no explicit sex acts/spread eagle wide angle vajajay/starfish photos are in the mix? That makes me totally safe considering I personally have not found that sort of free jack off material to be suitable or necessary for my own advertisement. Nothing against the ladies who use them, just not my preferred cup of tea.
I will miss the paperclips tho. Sigh.

So will the mods be having to painstakingly remove all the xxx content/pix from each and every review on this site? 1000's upon 1000's of these are on reviews dating back years in every region here. Man that seems like a ton of work... Or does the rule only apply to reviews posted after this announcement?

Ok one more question...
It appears vids/pix showing sex acts will not be allowed anywhere unless they are porn actors engaging in their professions... So this would rule out any such vid/pic upload, even via 3rd party site, in reviews... Correct?

From what I understand, they will be removed from the site.
I think it's already been started, when is the last time you've seen banner ads of people banging?
