I might add that while short nails are best for manual pleasure, please do not cut your nails right before an appointment, unless you're going to file down the edges. Nail trimmers leave *sharp* edges, no matter how short the actual nails are. Also, if you're one of those people who actually goes out and does *real* work - be aware of any callouses you may have developed. Dry skin hurts!

I am super reluctant to give instructions on how to finger me because no one likes to be told they are doing it wrong, but you guys sometimes seem to have missed a very important anatomy lesson.
