What were those companies involved in, BigLiar? The company I'm involved in made a lot of money too. How are they doing it? Cutting expenses by offshoring their staff. We've also pulled out of several states because of EPA involvement. What do they have in common: liability.

Everyone likes doing business in the Far East because they won't be drug into court and forced to pay billions. Yet.

Let me guess ... contracted with an offshore company to provide labor under a contract based on the foreign country "requirements" for wage rates, insurance, labor conditions, and "taxes" and as a consequence the domestic company is not required to pay social security and medicare to the SSA and income tax withholding to the IRS and/or meet the mandates for health care imposed by Obaminable care! They don't have to worry about all those "PESKY" LABOR regs and maternity leave, vacation, over-time ... etc. etc. .. in U.S.
