To me, good photos and an add written without funny symbols or creative spellings. The image you used is good but ones with unrelated images like cherries or dollar signs don't do it for me.

I enjoy a clever, well written ad and it shows a certain seriousness in your work. Updating is important, especially to someone who is not already familiar with you and/or is researching. On the other hand, if you just want to let your regulars know It’s a good time to schedule, a one liner works.

But as I’m sure you are aware Miss Sarah, you can’t please all the people all the time…

Perhaps there is a place in Eccieland for unofficial Clio Awards!

This is what I've been told in the past from gentlemen:
They appreciate ads that don't have emojis in the title, it makes your title look more professional if you avoid those addicting emojis, I know they're cute lol.
The main things gents look for in an ad are travel dates & availability times, rates &/or specials, & a brief & unique bio about yourself. (measurements, eye color, hair color, fun facts)
I've also learned this recently, your ad will have more of a chance of getting viewed if you add a new selfie in it. I've been told several times, the gents love professional photo shoots, but nothing is more accurate than a down to earth & sexy selfie. Make sure you add in the title you put a selfie in there.

A couple/few real pics that are somewhat recent, show the good and not so good. Some people will want to see a gal with large boobs, some will want to see larger butt, some are looking for thin, but a good overall picture is nice. Non-glamour shots like selfies are cool because they are accurate.
Add contact info, rates/special rates, availability is good.
Special services you are particularly fond of is pretty cool.
