California Attorney General Kamala Harris has already acknowledged that Section 230 precludes her from prosecuting Backpage.com yet she filed the charges anyway so this looks like nothing more than a publicity stunt as coincidently she is running to replace Barbara Boxer for the Senate. How long till they close that? It will be like craigslist i guess for a while. Big brother does not like bp. So i think it will close completly maybe not now but soon. Court battles ect but our republican leadership with bibles in hand will sweep it away. Hell courpus already looking at streetwalkers lol. That is crazy. I say we vote $$talks to congress.
