Refractory period varies a good bit. Its influenced by level of arousal, mental state, hormonal levels, prolactin sensitivity, etc.
There are hacks for both hormone levels and prolactin management, but YMMV

I encourage MSOG in all my sessions that are an hour or longer. If you pop once I will clean you up and do my best two get a second one. It might not happen for some but I think the effort from the provider is the most important part.
