Yes, he can win more hearts and votes by offering his sincere condolences.
For instance, he shouldn't tweet something like this: "Now we know why she doesn't haul her fat ass out for press conferences!"
Additionally, he shouldn't tweet out something like this: "Did that stupid old bitch have another stroke?"
Let everyone else point out the obvious, and he needs to look concerned for her as a person, even if she is a deplorable old bitch.
