Jay jay, an apology is generally followed by change, not excuses. And most guys are forgiving to a young pretty girl who provides great service when she works! Try apologizing and putting forth the effort to actually be on time. No excuses. Then offer makeup sessions with a small discount.

I speak from experience cause when I first started I was super busy at all times, but my business skills sucked. I was always NCNSing guys without so much as a friendly text or call. I had to learn to manage my time better. And, I did. You will too if/when you really want to.
