the ones you left out aren't minor leagues.

the first 2 you had listed are chairmans of the JCS. the other 4 are chief of staff of their respective departments. that 6 very influential people, not 4 people you have it make out.

The 6th & 7th chief staff is the only one thats minor leagues which is the national guard & Coast Guard (CG gets invited to the meeting once in awhile).
