Unless you have people there already. Oilfields died a few years ago. You have a few solid guys there, but there have been so many layoffs and families uprooting when oil prices tanked. Ncns is never okay, and trust me when I say I reeled eccie a good one which backfired on me tremendously (guys like to think we're always quiet, screw us for having an opinion:-P) but it can be seriously hit or miss. It's also end of tax season, so gents that own homes and businesses and shelling out big amounts to pay their taxes. March and April can be super bad hobby months.
