Maybe it already is this way, idk, but imo, a simple change in the review submission coding that would send a PM to the reviewed provider upon submission so that she has the timed.opportunity to rebuke it before it is finalized by a MOD and linked to her. Ultimately, it's a he said-she said and no MOD could ever know for sure nor do they have the resources to debunk either side claim with any real validity, apart from a death certificate, but the provider could at least click a little box that would also appear on the review as "provider denies having ever seen this client"

I Always love how the mods have time to connect the fake review to my account but haven't addressed the report. But as they say, fake reviews take days to be addressed. That's a shame because a fake review can sit there and ruin a ladies reputation while the mods take their sweet time. No amount of explaining to me from the mods will make me understand this process.

Linking the review to an account is SOP, it's almost automatic. With all the reviews, and usually only one mod doing the work, they basically check to if it qualifies for PA, then link to the provider's account via website or phone number. A disputed review is another story as it requires investigation, which takes time on top of their already heavy workload.
Even then, it's "he said/she said". Like the other fake review, it would take an admission of falsehood to get any action taken. Even then the review still stands, only with the disclaimer of it being a fake review.

I understand your frustration, and commend you for seeking the truth in the matter. But judging by what's happened in the past, that looks like that's the best outcome you can come up with.

OP seems to be reviewing only top notch providers, giving the appearance of being an elitist client. Now it appears he's lying about who he's been seeing, giving the appearance of a phony rather than elitist. Thanks for bringing that to our attention.

Thats because you're only looking at it from your point of view. Try looking at it from a moderator's perspective.

Reviews automatically go into an approval queue for approval and assignment to the provider. In that queue, whatever mod is available at that time will assign them. There is no mechanism available to alert us as to whether or not there is a dispute going on at that time...it's a standalone process.

Even if there were, there is a separate protocol we have to follow for investigating possible fraudulent reviews. We have no idea what happened or what is true or not. We have no reason to believe you over him or vice versa. He says it happened in his review and you say it did not.

The fact of the matter is that any number of things could have happened. He could have put the wrong date, seen you (or Kristen) under a different name, maybe a record keeping error, maybe he's lying or mistaken about some or all of it, or maybe you're lying or mistaken. We have no clue.

This is just a message board with volunteer staff doing what we can. We will gladly investigate to the extent possible but the reality is that we have no ability to discern what did or did not happen. If we are not 100% sure, the policy on this site is to leave it as is and let member's decide for themselves what is true. You can avail yourself of a coed rebuttal thread which can be, and has been, linked to the review thread.

I realize it is frustrating when this happens but, as I said, try to look at it from the moderator's perspective.
