It's always bothered me that guys jump to the conclusion you ladies aren't reporting any of your earnings. Of course you're not reporting all of it but neither does my mechanic.

As far as locating a Landlord who will accept you without proof of income, my suggestion is to ask around at local watering holes.

IMHO it is absolutely justifiable that a landlord refuse you. Not everybody is willing to rent out their assets to a person who may have income from illegal activity. Makes perfect sense to me.

I do understand your struggle with housing and wish you luck.

If you are afraid or nervous about filing taxes, you may wish to discuss it with some of your clients who are familiar or in the ladies room.
