As to how I'd like to be met at the door of an incall, there are tons of possibilities. For a morning session, flannel jammies wouldn't be a turnoff. The towel mentioned before is great, something that I was greeted with once, and lingerie is always a good bet. Half clothed, as in fully clothed above the waist and fully naked below, or vice versa is another great look to start with. For a winter outcall, I'd love to be met by a lady wearing nothing but a coat and boots. Dresses and skirts, of course, no matter how short, should be worn without panties except when spending time (more than simply meeting and heading straight to the playroom) in public.
