cool idea for a sack lunch.. pre-packaged only.. what if the client got sick? and would the, say, 20 minutes cooking time go against his session time? what if he had a horrible session? it would be weird taking a conciliatory sack lunch to go..

Well I don't exactly make sandwiches but I think it's a good idea...kinda do like a snack pack that they can take on the run. I absolutely think maybe a sandwich (wrap/roll-up), a piece of fruit, chips etc.Perhaps a high protein version that includes meat, cheese, boiled egg, low carb crackers, a few grapes and a few low cal/low carb crackers/pretzels. Low carb tortillas are great to make a sandwich with that is easy to eat on the run. I actually make a REAL lunch for a client about once a week...also offer home cooked dinner and do that about once a week too. Lunch is an issue for guys with a fixed amount of lunch time. Thankfully most of my clients have some scheduling flexibility. Serving dinner works well for the guys that travel a lot (or single) and are tired of eating out.

I bring food with me, scouts always say be prepared. Travel with everything you need to GTFO of dodge for a while imo.

Sandwiches travel best, but if it were me I'd rather have pineapple rings or a banana, heavy food would make me inclined to pass out. Maybe some sort of hand food for on the way back to whatever they were doing. Snack Wraps or something.

What a great idea! I've been wanting to see you for some time now but haven't pulled the trigger yet for some reason that escapes me. But if you make me a peanut butter(crunchy or otherwise) sammich on fresh bread with Lays chips for post session lunch I'll be happy to schedule a date. I'll bring the milk.

I think slices of apple are best after a session...maybe some croissant....almond butter and jelly!

I often have had Dalat, Zalat and Buzzbrews takeout or delivery since it's so close to my location but since I offer extended sessions, I am usually always available before or after to venture out to brunch or dinner.
