You mean "awaken the sleeping giant"?

Heh, for that to happen the jihadis are going to have to kill POTUS, or a MLBaseball team in its entirety, or explode the fucking Oscar thing and kill a shitload of movie stars...they can kill all the ordinary people they want to and the giant's gonna stay asleep.

And if the giant does finally wake the fuck up, it won't do a bit of good as long as we wage war by Geneva and they wage war like Tumujin (Genghis Khan, for you government school victims) did: in other words...identify the enemy, kill the enemy...and his offspring...and his parents...and his goats...and his mullah, especially his mullah. Firebomb his hometown.

This is the method Lenin and Stalin used to Sovietize Central Asia...easy peasy. They didn't give a shit whether or not they were liked...just so long as they were feared. It's no accident the names Stalin and Temujin both refer to steel.

By sleeping giant I don't mean the US. I mean yeah the US needs to lead the effort but the whole world need to be part of the it. Your right what is it going to take before things change. I don't think it would take allot of effort but just the intelligence gathering to find out who they are and stamp them out once and for all. Maybe just maybe with a new president in office that could happen.

Almost every one of the large scale incidents involves a jihadi or jihadis who has/have "been flagged for surveillance" or some similar claim by various government intelligence agencies. None of it matters without the will to take definitive and direct action.

Two Nazi saboteur teams comprising 8 men were put ashore in Long Island and Florida in June, 1942...they were subsequently captured and taken to a camp at Gitmo...no, I made that up. They were captured, and about a month later 6 of them were executed by electric chair. The 2 who ratted them out got lengthy prison sentences. Thus ended Operation Pastorius...no subsequent infiltration attempts were made by the Nazis.

You can't kill an idea...you need to come up with a better one for subsequent generations. This generation of hardcore jihadis is lost, you can only try to neutralise the threat they pose.

I empathize with the French people during this time, but this was an utter failure of French intelligence not to see something on this scale coming.

The trojan horse is already here in America. If we can't stop them here on our own land, it'll be more difficult to stop them in Europe.

I'm afraid that WW3 started when they took down the Russian plane.

Of course...the Belgian authorities broke up a similar plot and smoked everyone involved. The Canadians broke one up as well. Both these countries were more successful than the French because they had the community involvement. They got heads up from the people in these communities.

The French have really alienated the everyday French kid of North African descent in the Suburbs that they've made their job harder to get that kind of heads up in these communities.
