I can't even tell you how many providers I've gone to see this year that didn't even have towels for me to clean up with. I do most of my hobbying during the day so I like to take showers before and after the session. It got to a point to where I had to start bringing my own towels to make sure I was gonna be able to get clean. I don't know whether I'm just being a square or what, but I thought towels were a tool of the trade.

Dirty incalls is a completely different thing though. That just shows that the provider doesn't care about the atmosphere she sets. If the room is dirty it lends me to think that she might be dirty as well. There was a provider that I used to see on a regular basis that used to keep a pretty clean incall. Something snapped in her and her incall just became a complete hot mess. I refuse to even go back.

And I got called out for buying Nioxin for the gents.....

I don't want to put any agencies name down but you guys that have been to these places would know. I just wanted to know if these rumors were true. Carkiddo confirmed this for me. Another member also told me there were a few agency incalls going downhill fast. Like a PI without any towels and fresh linens. There was even thread concerning the Texas heat and the incall with a Window unit only used when guest arrived. We make enough to afford central air and heat. I'm not saying break the bank and create a palace just be clean.

My pet peeve is guys having to bring their own stuff..That really lit my tampon on fire, you ladies know better! ! NO YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE DO THAT. What's next having to bring you own sheets? One gentlemen bringing his own towels? Really, and you all think this is OK?! We ladies have to compete with the top ladies in Dallas so my not invest in your incall if you can't rent one or share one with a friend? I noticed one gent say he was lured to an incall by a lady that stated " her good incall had plumbing issues or something" and led him to a massage room in a not so nice area.

It's not about how fancy or minimal your incall is. Can't we just all agree to keep them clean? Can we throw away the trash after each session? No on wants to see USED GOODS in the trash can. One is bad enough but so many of them. Ladies some of us are getting LAZY. Can we offer a clean shower? I don't understand the ones that don't have showers! If you have a hotel room say it's a hotel room. There's no shame if you state that upfront . If your traveling just say so or rent a room with someone. Gents please tell me if our incalls are slipping? The Blue Water is not at any location (I hope) , we have "inspection" with a punch list between appointments. I'm happy to share it with the new ladies so you get a good start.

Real Estate agents using someone else's house. What if that was your house your kids slept in. Or the bed you and your hubby slept in. You know there are "traces". I mean for a home owner to find pubes in his bed? RENT A ROOM. One of our patrons told me this. his agent is a provider and he know but does not hobby due to his recent surgery.

I'm not saying they all are just some. I know some ladies with incalls that rival a Mayfair or Chelsea flat! Hell one lady has one ( she is a UTR indy that travels but is based in Houston) that would make Marie Antoinette jealous. Hell even I'm jealous of the crown molding and Tiffany's green painted in her "Tea Room".

My point is this, we have competition and we should keep up. No one hobbyist should be made to feel so unimportant that you can't even unmake a bed for them but lay down a towel over the bedding. That is just wrong.

24. Central AC and not a wall unit
25. mood music
26. softly lit room
27. overnight guest receive hotel like slippers

I have been thinking about adding a few men's colognes in the restrooms. What do you guys think?
