Per the Second Amendment, private citizens don't need supercilious, lib-retarded jackasses like you telling them what they do and do not need, you "#Grubered", freelance faggot, Odumbo Minion from Arkansas.

Per the second amendment, it doesn't even pertain to private citizens.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Also notice that in this case, you want state to mean the federal government, but in the case against ACA, you wanted state to mean individual states. So which is it, shitheel?

It does apply to private citizens, you "#Grubered", freelance faggot, Odumbo Minion from Arkansas, and you've already conceded that fact in your previous post @ #16.

"When each word in the text is given full effect, the Amendment is most naturally read to secure to the people a right to use and possess arms in conjunction with service in a well-regulated militia. So far as appears, no more than that was contemplated by its drafters or is encompassed within its terms. Even if the meaning of the text were genuinely susceptible to more than one interpretation, the burden would remain on those advocating a departure from the purpose identified in the preamble and from settled law to come forward with persuasive new arguments or evidence."

It doesn't matter what I said, these are what people in a position to do something about it think.

Those weren't my words, hence why they were quoted. I highlighted the portion I wanted attention drawn to.

Honestly, I believe it means each State shall have the power to have it's own militia for its protection, and it includes preventing the power of the US government from overtaking it.

However, it doesn't matter too much because the constitution is ignored and manipulated to suit the liberal agenda.

I refer to that as liberal privilege.

We are otherwise stuck with the status quo - sort of a Mexican standoff on guns. I wish we weren't. If I trusted the government to not be taken over by liberals who want to oppress me and minorities who want revenge for the made up story of white crimes against their people, I'd prefer a society like England, with it's very low gun crime.

Wonder how many of those proud members of the Dindu Nuffin tribe are church gowing faithful of Reverend Wright's congregation, or followers of "Reverend" Al Sharptounge ? How many of them will odummer say " If I had a son..." like he did with Trayvon Martin ? For all those liberals screaming for gun control, when will the push for " control " pipes and sticks be coming ? At least one of the people in the video would be REAL interested in knowing when THAT'S going to happen. If he survived his beating.

Please don't ever try and converse in ebonics. Jesus Christ. I know you can't be this stupid in real life or you wouldn't be allowed to drive, be around sharp objects, etc.
