imo, there are "serial" NCNSers, both of the male variety and the female as well.
All of them, imo, usually deserve to be listed somewhere.
Timewasters either direction are costing the ladies business or costing the gents pleasure.
Yes, probably most ladies won't list those jerks publicly, or even in the infoshare at times because the posters get outed and they feel it hurts their business. If a lady posted it publicly, for example, there have been groups of males who then try to torment her by making appointments and then NCNS.
And in a distant city or two, in the not distant past and probably still continuing some of those area ladies have caused their ATFs to make appointments with visiting ladies, and then NCNS. Attitude of "that will show that b*tch not to tour our city."
I cannot swear that what I say further is absolutely true, but there have ladies visiting into San Antonio who have told me that they had multiple pre-bookings and multiple no shows.
And, in more than one instance above, my plans and attempts to see a visitor were disrupted because "sorry, I'm booked at that time."
