Starting back in 1965 when Ted Kennedy's police codified the concept of "anchor babies", to democratic city officials in the 1980s who refused to enforce laws (just to get back at Reagan and Bush), to republicans who refused to build the fence, and Obama who in 2010 gave a pass to the outlaw "sanctuary" cities.
