I don't know anything about whether or not a provider is more or less likely to get busted in KS., but what I DO know is that prosecutors are much tougher to cut deals with, as are the judges. Attorney fees are higher (usually) because you can't get a deal done in a single trip.

After reading all of the replies, I am still fascinated by the fact that the overwhelming majority...like damm near all of the alerts posted are in Missouri and I'm left to wonder if other than myself and several close friends, has the metro at large decided to stay out of Kansas? I hesitate to credit the Hooker sniffing dogs as myself and others still see friends west of state line rd....

Years ago they used to have chicken fights in an old barn in Tonganoxie. A real fun night. The first time I went with a friend he told me everything was legal at the chicken fight. There was heavy gambling on every chicken fight; all the bets were vocal from across the room or back and forth in the stands.

Today, the fights themselves are illegal (I know that is another sick bird). Don't know where I would begin to look for another chicken fight today.

I just think Missouri doesnt have the same LE resources for minor misdemeanor bullshit that Kansas does. But the increase in Vice LE activity on the Missouri side is troubling. It might be a summer thing like dui checkpoints. It will pass.
