Do not rent a room in your house if:
Does not include their phone number after initial contact and keep emailing only
Does not want you to do a background check
Does not have money for deposit and full month rent
Does not have 2 proper IDs
Does not have a good work history
has been previously evicted
Will trade work for rent( they will not do work and you will not be able to evict them without court)
will stay home all day(your utility bills will skyrocket )
if they say " someone will stay the night occasionally " means someone will be there all the time
People with pictures of large dogs laying on the bed or the couch(it'll be your bed and couch)
People with any kind of felony on their record( your house will be registered as a sex offender )
people that promise to pay as soon as they get a job
women with children( you will end up watching their kids and babysit, they will eat your food too)
People with no transportation( you will give rides )
People with disabilities( they will not contribute in cleaning house, they might not be able to do anything
Women out of abusive relationships( they will bring drama and their ex's to your house)
young people love to party and love friends coming over(do not believe that they keep to themselves)
