I will try to give you some constructive criticism on rates. What is wrong with your rates as you set them is that they are irrational. Mind you, I don't care what you decide your baseline hourly rate is worth. That is up to you, but the rates should make sense once you set an hourly rate.
What I mean is that your first hour should be your most expensive right? You want to encourage longer dates. The theory is that your second hour should be cheaper than your first as a two hour date for one guy should be less than 2 one hour dates for two different guys since you don't have to get ready a second time for a 2 hour date. Therefore your rate structure of :
1 hour -- 180
90 minutes -- 300
2 hours -- 360
makes no sense as you are charging the same for a 2 hour date as you are for 2 one hour dates. Even worse, the 300 for 90 minutes actually means you charge 180 for first hour and then 120 for the next 30 minutes. Therefore your rate is only 90 bucks per 30 minutes for the first and second half hour and then goes up to 120 for the third half hour. Then if you extend to 2 hours, it goes down to 60 bucks.
If you want to encourage longer dates, make the rates less for all time increments beyond hour one. For example:
1 hour -- 200
90 minutes 280
2 hours 350
As you see, that encourages the guys to book longer as they get a bit of a break the longer they book. If you want to encourage even longer dates, then say 120 per hour beyond the 2 hours or set a fixed rate for an over night if more than 4 or 6 hours etc.
Hope that helps.
