Then when I arrive at her incall or outcall another phone call or text is made for a second confirmation.

It is this simple for my short-notice clients(love these guys!) and I now totally prefer short-notice appointments. They call or PM about an hour before they are ready, we agree on a time and place and they actually show up about 99% of the time. We meet, play, and both leave happy. That's the way this thing is supposed to work.
For some strange reason I have a problem with the clients who pre-book appointments a day or 2 ahead of time. About 75% of the time the appointment never happens and this shit gets old. We agree on a day, time and place. To me
this constitutes an appointment. The day of the actual appointment rolls around and I never hear back from them at all. I have blocked off a 2-3 hour window depending on the appointment length, turned down other clients, and gotten myself all ready for nothing. To me this 'I didn't actually confirm the appointment so it really wasn't one' is a crock of shit.
I'm pretty sure If I agreed on a day, time and place to meet with a client and then the day and time of the appointment arrives and he hears nothing from me it would be considered NCNS. I'm also pretty sure he'd be pissed off as well, especially if he had arranged his entire day around being able to get away and meet, all for nothing.
