All good info so far from everyone. It matches my experience.

One thing to note, KYC ... know your (banking) customer ... started with the Patriot Act which was implemented to detect foreigners planning large terror events. It was not intended to detect hookers washing their income or paranoid-tards wanting privacy. But it does allow the Government more power and again some of my freedom was stolen right out from under me perhaps even by one of the fuckers i voted for.

back on topic. One more comment and one question.

An interested party could track online purchases to a delivery address if they really wanted. Sometimes, i ship to the ups address and pick up there paying the local shop a five dollar fee.

QUESTION: Do the cards that require ssn accept fake ones? ... maybe i could use wakeup's? Or do they check it somehow. I've noticed that they want to print a card with your name on it and mail it to you. But the UPS store address works for me and my mail order and lab test persona Dorian G. Boardman works for me. With wakeup's or a fake ssn ... maybe it works.

personally, I'd just continually buy 499 dollar cards. Many websites allow purchases to be split to multiple cards. So large purchases or if you needed to get last 4 dollars and thirty two cents off a card, you could easily do that.
