I'd love to see a peer-reviewed medical journal on the topic, regardless of the level of support. Can only comment on anecdotal evidence.
And I never said that all women can accept a fist, at least not without some amount of buildup to it, and some never will. Some of you are so damned tight that getting a couple of fingers in there can be a real challenge.
Think about it, if you can push out a baby's head, at 10+ centimeters, you can probably take the average fist. I have large hands, but even my fist is smaller than many a newborn's head.
