I've had the issue with a few gentlemen not being so...fresh in that area due to a lack of attention. Not many, but a few.
The fun part though (and there is a fun part) is the sensitivity during BJ. If you're spring fresh...I'm in. And when I'm with an uncircumcised gentleman and he reacts to the feeling of extra sensation while I'm paying homage to jr., its like a new toy. Circumcised men enjoy BJs just fine...but you'll never get the same response with them as you do with one who is "uncut".

I have been lucky to have found Gents who are uncircumcised and very clean. I've never had a negative experience, after more years than I want to admit, lol.
If both people have the same goal, ie; have a great time together, they will, regardless of ANYTHING else.

As a cut male I've never really given this issue much thought. I'll confess I too was a little surprised this was an issue (that is, why wouldn't any reasonable person not take a little effort to wash up), but based on the early replies it appears it is...

In my experience it is a small minority of uncircumcised men though who give the others a bad name. Thankfully! I'd say uncircumcised men who don't keep neat and clean down below are about as common as circumcised men who don't keep neat and clean anywhere. And they are also thankfully a minority!
I hadn't really thought about the non-hygiene issue -- uncircumcised men being relatively rare and novel encounters for some women (particularly American women). I can understand why that would cause a hiccup for many ladies; while everyone is built and responds differently, the basic anatomy of circumcised men is pretty much the same no matter who your partner is. Throw a foreskin into the mix though, when she has never/seldom encountered one before, and you might need to give her some guidance.
Me? I learned young, but I am always open for continuing education opportunities.

Dear Mr Knife;
In responding to this thread, and to no other, perhaps you might think about changing your 'handle'; as an uncut guy, it kinda makes me want to cross my legs.
Unless of course you actually are a mohel, but as you state you are uncut, I think that highly unlikely.
I have had the pleasure of spending some BCD time with a couple of the ladies who have posted in this thread and I recall one of them commenting on my (how can I put this) extreme sensitivity during her oral ministrations. I know of no other way & I have no intention now, of mutilating my second favourite sexual organ this far into the journey of life.
