You'll have to figure out something for contact info, too.
Hmmmm, maybe you can use "he called me" for his phone number, and his eccie PM for an email address.

Ohhhh yes you have. I'm assuming just not in print. All of us clients probably have in one way, shape or form.

VB, you can review me anytime, that is after you make that trip to Buffalo so we can give you something to review. Even then, your review gets posted 1st then I'll do mine.

It'll never happen...
I started a thread entitled " Provider ATF" and the responses weren't too favorable.
I would love to see one provider take this on but unfortunately he or she would likely be out of business shortly thereafter. So I'll say it again.. It'll never happen.

P.S. A GP review would be interesting

Yes they should be allowed, just my opinion
And with that being said, they should be allowed to read ROS as well

Does anyone read the Forum Guidelines? That provision has been in place since day one of this site.
Quote:
#24 - Disputed reviews will not be removed by staff unless the request is made by the thread starter. In situations such as this, the proper protocol for addressing a review in question is to post a rebuttal to the review in that city forum's coed discussions area. Staff will be happy to do some basic investigation to confirm the validity of such reviews, however removal will only take place when requested by the thread-starter or in extreme cases where it has been proven false, there is an admission by the reviewer that the review is indeed false, or the reviewer failed to cooperate with staff's efforts to confirm validity. In cases where a reviewer is found to have posted a review of a session which did not take place, or posted blatantly false information within a review, the reviewer will be subject to disciplinary action at the discretion of staff, which could lead to loss of posting privileges. Along those same lines, if the reviewed party is found to be making false or inaccurate claims to staff in an attempt to trigger staff action against a reviewer or the removal of a review, that party will also be subject to consequences, up to or including temporary or permanent loss of account access. These measures exist to preserve the integrity of the information posted in our review forums, and will be taken when these circumstances exist.

I think the first week or two a provider tries it she will do really good business. The guys who think they will get good reviews will flock to her thinking they will be able to brag about their review. When that dried up it would be over for the provider because the great majority of guys understand that providers treat them well because they are paid to, not necessarily because of any other reason..Those would stay away..

Agreed 100%..
Then you have to ask yourself what a provider would do with the information anyway... Only select certain clients to see?

Absolutely, V. Remember your saying that you only have the one face, and believe in not betraying people or the truth. And, that you expressly solicited the review, whereas it is not my policy to write about such private details as I told you. So think carefully and please read what I sent you by pm!!!!

Trojantide and MTNY, you are really funny!! Sometimes I feel sad. Do you know why? Have you ever watched a blind person walk over a cliff? How funny is that? What would you do in that case? What if the blind person mocked you and found you absurd?
Just bear with me for a moment. Should you stop the blind person, or just let him to his own devices? This is a very serious question, and please give me a serious answer.
There is a very specific reason why I came to ECCIE. Whether or not you believe me to be insane is immaterial. The universe does not function according to your preferences or rules, or to mine. Thankfully. We bend to the dictates, moral and otherwise, of the universe. It has its powerful and overwhelming codes, whether or not anyone chooses to recognize such or abide by them. These apply equally to all: to you, to Veronica, to me. And we all must die, at which time our presumed INvulnerability comes to a brutal end. Perhaps long before that, for most of us and in unexpected, sudden ways. Sadly, in this milieu, there is very little respect or appreciation given to death. But it will come and with it a most savage reckoning of all that we have done and left undone, all opportunities taken, and those wasted.
The not-so-hidden desire to somehow cause injury to someone for no real reason is certain to lash back at the originator. Sadly, such perpetrators are unable to perceive the nature of cause and effect and the truly savage cyclic effects this has for enormously long durations. I should urge you to pause and please consider for a moment. Just as I asked you a serious question a moment ago, this too is a serious plea.
Stop. Please consider that just as you have special understanding in particular areas of life, so too another might know a tiny bit more than you about an area that could be unfamiliar or strange to you. It is not illogical to suppose that not everyone can know everything, is it? What one does not know does not mean is worthy of mockery. Perhaps people are not ill-disposed towards you and might be trying to say, "This way lies danger." Perhaps those people are not always as delusional as you might suppose. What if they are not?
There is a tendency on this board to mock and humiliate anything that is beyond the ken of certain folk, as if by pulling something down, it is made more manageable. As some of our veterans who have served in Vietnam or Afghanistan will testify, mocking an opponent will never reduce reality or the effectiveness of the opponent to the absurdity one might wish it to. One will merely place oneself in harm's way, that would not have happened had one paid close attention to the lessons that reality was bringing home in spades. Humans evolved because they took to heart the lessons reality offered and chose to learn from such.
Many other primates are still attempting to grasp that simple truth and insist on gratuitous violence and mockery as their primary means of confronting an anomaly. Even Rudyard Kipling recognized this interesting behavioral trait in his Mowgli stories. You might enjoy reading the original, for their freshness of prose and imagery. Never allow yourself to assume that brevity is always a virtue. These are truisms that are assumed in particular societies without any further reflection, to great detriment. Can you think why?

Y'all have the powder room to discuss stinky butts and small cocks. The primary reason a provider should not review a client is because a portion of the money is paying for discretion. Eliot Spitzer's $3k or more should have gotten more, my $50 doesn't deserve as much. A paying client's private details should be kept as such as long as he remains true to the deal.
As for provider responses to reviews, while I think that should be possible in the perfect world, clearly the drama here would escalate quickly and make for an unmanageable morass.
GP, wow. Brevity is a virtue and the best authors, even when complex, waste no words. Until I hear of you winning a literary award or four, I'll not batter my brain with your bombastic belligerence. VB good for you to request a more manageable portion size from your scholarly stalker.
