agreed. It's the risk vs benefit. Are you willing to risk getting caught over a hundred dollars? Getting caught seems like it would be WAY more expensive. Legal costs aside. What is the divorce going to cost you? Job? etc.

Same concept is someone not wanting to spend the money on a cab if they have been drinking. A cab is certainly a lot less expensive than a DUI and the possibility of killing someone
